Code 21
I recently took off the airhorn of my Q-Jet to replace some bits under there, and now I'm throwing Code 21: High voltage at TPS. I searched a bit, and discovered it's easy to re-install wrong. My guess is that this is what I did. Would a bad TPS install throw code 21?

Ah, ok. So I need to readjust it, even though it's the same one I took out? Where can I acquire said tool?
EDIT: Could you also point me towards some information on setting the TPS preset? Is it referred to by another name/phrase? I saw some stuff about setting the M/C solenoid in the book I was working with, but didn't see anything about the TPS. THanks!

The tool kit you will need is OTC 7667. It contains all the special bits and sockets necessary to adjust the mixture stops, remove/install jets, adjust the TPS, and set up any E4ME/MC. E2SE, Varajet, and several other Rochester carbs. The set is about $12-15.
