idle issue, possably carb related?

Axle/Gears: good enough
idle issue, possably carb related?
I got a bit of a strange problem... Ill adjust my idle ( useing the idle adjustment screw, Verajet carb) And the idle will be fine for the day no searching for idle and will run fine, The next day, i'll start the car up and the car will search for its idle, and the car will run rough. Its really starting to tick me off, Anybody know of anything that can cause this? my timing is fine, is it time for a carb rebuild? thanks for the help
