ALDL codes?

Are all ALDL codes the same? Does anybody know what the codes, 1-3, 4-1, or 3-11 mean?

Looked and figured out my stupidity by reading it again, Ive gotten the o2 sensor code which is 13, and a crankshaft referance code number 41? The o2 sensor has already been replaced but am still having problems with it, but it says that it's a possible open circuit, whatever that means? And the crankshaft one, could that be a crankshaft sensor?

On the CC system, there isn't any crankshaft sensor. The "camshaft sensor" is the distributor.
