You'd need a non computer controlled distributor to match it. So chalk up buying one of those.
You'd also need to figure out a way to get your torque convertor to lock up, if you have an auto. Budget buying a kit for that.

You'd have to pull your check engine light, because it'll always complain that your carb isn't hooked up.

Fix yours, it's the best thing going.

Oh, I thought you just wanted a quick answer. . .

The Performer will not mount to the stock intake manifold, because the stock intake manifold has a spreadbore pattern only, and the Performer is a squarebore. You will either have to replace the intake manifold with a square- or dual-pattern carb mount, or use a spread-to-squarebore adapter plate.

The Performer is not computer controlled. It is not compatible with the rest of the control system of the car. If you insist on using it, you will either have to attach an external throttle position sensor (viability of that approach still to be demonstrated, as far as I know), or replace the distributor with a vacuum/mechanical advance type, and provide other means of locking up the torque converter clutch (assuming you have an automatic transmission, which is a pretty safe assumption, percentage-wise). You will also need to modify the transmission throttle valve cable mounting on the Performer throttle arm to get the proper geometry (or risk burning up your transmission, again assuming you have an automatic transmission).

Get all of that done, and you'll have a car that doesn't have any more power, doesn't get as good of gas mileage, and won't operate in any way better than a properly adjusted and operating original carb.
