Car: i have a 2003 ford zx2 and a 1989 f
Engine: 350 tuned port, 4 banger on the Z
Transmission: 700r4 poop loser
Axle/Gears: 3.23 standard ...one tire fire
having a hard time choosing intake
everything i find taht i like says it will not work with 87 and later cast iron heads ... i have the 083 heads with are cast iron right ... so what intake will work for me ... im going to do a holly 600-850 double pumper carb 4150 a XR276HR-12 extreme cam so i need to find an intake any thoughts ? i might do the zz4 cam .. im niot sure

You're looking at modifying 4 bolt holes in the intake manifold. It isn't that big of a deal. Choose the intake that works for your cam & carb, don't worry about the mount holes.
