If the pro flo air cleaner is the one with the foam inside instead of a paper element, get rid of it. The foam deteriorates, and pieces fall in the carb (not good). The foam catches fire (when car backfires), and melts into the intake (not good). The plastic piece that holds the foam in the lid comes loose, and the car sucks the foam into the intake (not good). They are really only good for show, and then the hood is up, so who cares whether it fits. Also, since it is not drop based (pro flow actually sits up off the carb, instead of down around it), this limits you to a very short (and not very powerful) intake (at least under a stock camaro hood - I couldn't get anything other than a drop base to fit, and then I had to use a banjo fuel fitting, a 1/2 inch spacer to clear electric choke, and a 2 1/2 inch element.
