I just did a 350 carb swap on my 305tbi. im currently running a open element setup but its not working out so well cause it really heats up under my hood. i saw a truck tbi cold air intake system basically it was a carb hat with a pipe and a filter. if i was to adapt this set up and run the pipe out the drivers side fenderwell would it cause any major restrictions on my intake?

If this is a Camaro, look for the L69 dual-snorkel setup.
