Carb adjustment

Does anyone know a quick and easy way to adjust my carb to the proper setting? I don't know the size because it came on the car when I bought it. The car runs just fine, but you can smell the slight scent of gas out of the exhaust. I want to make sure it will pass emissions for Tucson. The carb is an Edelbrock performer from what I can tell. I normally deal with fuel injection, but I got a good deal.

Check out the Edelbrock website. They have tuning guides available on line.

It's also been discussed a lot on this forum, so search for details.
