Which mechanical pump are you using?
I'm not really a fan of Russell fittings. Aeroquip is much nicer to work with, or even Earl's.

heres the parts i used when i threw on my 650DP:
SUM-220667 5/8"-18 I.F./-6AN PUMP FITTING (x2)
SUM-220687 -06 90 HOSE END SWIVEL
SUM-220690 6AN HOSE END STRAIGHT
SUM-230603 S.S. HOSE -6 3FT -
HLY-34-150 FUEL LINE
don't know the manufacturer behind the summit line, but they've held up fine with no complaints. however the hose is about a foot too long, so its just kinda hanging around right now. need to trim it.
make sure to hit that 1/8th inch pipe plug with some teflon tape if you're not going to run a psi gauge on that fuel rail.
...lemme know how that choke kit works out for ya, pretty interested.

Stocker. Thanks, Brandon. I'm taking a look at something pre-fabbed--yeah, I'm a lazy old fart.Originally Posted by Apeiron

Summit also has fuel line kits that have all the adapters and hose and ends in one package.
