Car: 1982 Berlinetta Camaro
Engine: 2.8 Litre
Transmission: not sure/tubro hydramatic 208?
Axle/Gears: not sure
replacing a carb

hey i was just wondering what i should do i want to replace the carb on my 2.8, dont know what kind is on there currently, and i would also like to know if i should just put the same new carb on or get a different make or if theres a difference.

Engine: home build 350
Transmission: BW T-5
Axle/Gears: still stock
If the rest of the engine is still stock, the carb it came with should be the best one to stay with. Once you start modifying the engine, you might want to go to a different carb. The engine is a complete system that needs to work together.
