PCV necessary
I got my camaro a few years ago and havent really done too much with it recently. I'm starting an engineering co-op this summer and im gonna have money to get the beast running strong again. One thing ive noticed is that a lot of people just run two breathers instead of a breather + pcv valve. I dont remember offhand but I think mine connects to one of the carb vacuum ports. Anybenifit of running it either way? My motor is a 350 with a cam (266duration) and worked over stock heads.

Using a PCV valve helps keep blowby gasses from condensing in the oil and forming acids and deposits.

yep and its very important for the life and health of the engine
need one pvc in one cover and a filtered return in the other
preferably, that way it will tend to circulate through the crankcase and lifter gallery
good luck
