Fuel Line and Pump Questions
I'm about to bolt-on some more power to my motor via blower and cam and have a couple of questions about keeping it fed. I'm looking at about 400HP. I'm planning on using stock lines for supply return.
Will the stock line ID (5/16"?) supply enough fuel while using a mechanical fuel pump?
I'm thinking if not, I could go electric. The higher pressure output of the pump should overcome the smaller ID. I was thinking of using a Holley Blue pump. Anyone use this pump, before? How noisy is it?

Re: Fuel Line and Pump Questions
Good to hear. Any recommendations on mech. pump? The higher flow pumps seem to need an external regulator.

Re: Fuel Line and Pump Questions
The Carter M6900 puts out a carb friendly 6 PSI and 120 GPH free flow. It has no return, though.
