650 mighty demon bad idle

650 mighty demon bad idle
I have a 650 mighty demon on my 355 and he idle is very weird. I have the carb setup as the instructions say and it will only idle at about 500-600rpms in park. But if I unplug the brake booster from the back of the carb it idles at 900rpms like its suppose to. What am I doing wrong??
