edelbrock carb questions
edelbrock carb questions
i installed my edelbrock, set my timing, and tuned it in as close as i can. i hooked the dist. to the part time vacuum side but it seems to run better at the full vacuum side. the only problem is that the idle timing is now extremely advanced. is this ok. and another thing is while turning, the car "bogs" down but the rpm speeds back up after turning back straight. i have a stock mechanical fuel pump. could i still be in need of a fuel pressure regulator

Re: edelbrock carb questions
Extra advance at idle is fine if the engine likes it. If you're bogging in turns, your float level might be too high or too low.
