source for secondary cam?
Anyone have a source for a replacement secondary cam? Yeah, they break if you put enough pressure on them....
q-jet of course.

If it's in good shape, sure. I tried to pull one out of a spare airhorn I had and it kinda crumbled. Looks like it was made of a composite material or something.

Same as on a non-cc q-jet eh? If 327 doesn't have one, I do.

Re: source for secondary cam?
I'll take it. I found one on line but it was $13 after shipping AND handling. It will be another week before I can get off and get to the JY.
I had two airhorns in the box in the garage. One of the cams broke while I was playing with it to see if it was good. The other looked ok until I got it out and saw it was starting to round out where it fits on the shaft.
In the meantime I had to tighten up the tension on my air valve so the secondaries don't open and I appear to be getting excellent mileage.

Will this one do?
PM me with your address again, I don't think I have it anymore. I can air mail this to you in an envelope.

En-route. Sent it tonight, so it'll leave tomorrow morning. Should get it sometime next week.
