Its to rich
I have a 91 rs camaro that was changed from TBI 305 to carberated 305 all the guy did was change the intake and put i believe a 650 on it with a high rise intake i don't know what kind of intake but it has a stock fuel filter, but I have tried to adjust my carb to run right with the air fuel mixture screws and **** but i don't know it just keeps running rich and i don't know what to do really.

Welcome aboard thirdgen.org.
Some more information would be helpful, such as what carburetor, what distributor, what intake you used. And, what you're doing for a fuel pump, under what conditions it is rich, what you have done to try to adjust it, etc.

Maybe he didn't add a fuel pressure regulator to lower the pressure from 14psi DOWN to 5-7 PSI like the carb needs. If this is true...you're engine might run good OR it might hang the floats open and FLOOD the engine to a point of Not being able to idle or run remotely good.
If you figure this out, you'll want to plum up a by-pass style fuel pressure regulator like Mallory or Aeromotive makes. Integrate a guage so you can see the pressure and adjust it properly...goodluck!
