hooking up elec. choke
where did you guys get the 12v power for the choke?i have an edelbrock 1406 carb

Find or run an ignition-switched 12v source. It's usually best to avoid tapping directly into the wire that powers the ignition itself to avoid draining off voltage from it.

i know that, i should have worded the question differently. what exactaly did you guys use? radio, is there anything under the hood i could tap into?

for an ignition signal for my remote lock module, i used the fan fuse... it should provide a signal that only comes through when the car turns on... i'm not quite sure if its a 12v tho
