Can anyone tell me wherethe thin plastic pipe, that I identified as having to do with something called EFE, connects? To the carb, manifold or what? I have an lg4.

You good? Or still got a question? If you're still in 'I don't know land' you may have to post a photo. Thin plastic vacuum line is used at the EGR valve and the Vac sensor. EFE uses normal vacuum line to a thin metal vacuum line to the valve.

Hose should connect to the thermal vacuum switch (tvs) on the intake water neck then to a vacuum port on the carb base. It may be connected to the carb base through a tee to the smog pump vacuum line.
