Holley electric choke inop

Holley electric choke inop
I have a holley 650 dp carb (4160 IIRC?) with an electric choke which is no longer operating, how do I test it? All linkages are free moving, I'm assuming the problem is in the thermostat or the cap? Has switched 12v and a good ground.. Are replacement parts available or do I need to order a whole choke kit?

Go to www.summitracing.com . They have the replacement choke thermostat HLY-45-258 available.
