about to ordering stuff, whats every little thing ill need??
i hate working on a project just to have to got to the parts store 20 times so i want to just order everything at once, tell me if im missing anything!!

Converting from HSR to carb.
Carb or TBI throttle and TV cables would be a very good idea.
You'll need a TV geometry corrector bracket and cable bracket.
You might not need the carb gasket or RTV, but can't hurt to have them. I would also get a gasket goop other than the RTV for the water jackets, and Teflon paste for the bolt threads (to prevent oil seeping from the lifter valley).
You will need a different thermostat housing and upper radiator hose.
Oh, yeah - air cleaner stud (may or may not come with the air cleaner).
