rods---Please look

rods---Please look

I took the hanger and rods out of my cc qjet, the hanger was a S and the rods did not have any markings on them at all. I have a 1983 LG4 w/ flowmaster & open air filter. Does this set up seem right?

S is a bit late for the hanger, and if you don't know what the rods are, it's hard for us to say if they are "right" or not... They should be CH stock.

How does it run? If you think it's a bit lean on the secondaries, you can swap to more aggressive rods, if you can find some...

Those are definately earlier rods. Later rods were silver and early was gold.
Those arent the most aggresive Ive seen, but they are decently rich at the end.

Those are not CH rods, like came stock in original LG4 carbs. Those rods have a long power tip on the end, CHs are definitely short tips. Put a mic on the tip and tell us what the diameter is. I bet we could figure it out just from that measurement and our handy-dandy QJet secondary rod chart in the tech articles section of this board:
