What intake and carb??

Hi all. I'm putting a carb set up on my TA. The motor is a 355 with a 224, 230 duration cam, roller rocker, trick flow heads, headers and exhaust. I got rid of the EFI set up and need to know what you all would recommend for a manifold and carb. At this point, I was thinking of going with the edelbrock victor Jr intake, and a Holley 750 cfm carb. Any ideas or recommendations?

Also, the heads are 87+ style, so the intake would have to be notched for the center holes. Anybody have any input on the easiest and best way to adapt it to my heads?

The Trick Flows are '87-up style? I didn't realize they made them.

The Victor Jr. is a race-only intake. You didn't say what your use of the car is, but a Performer RPM should be more than up to the task.

Ok, I did end up going with a performer RPM, and got adapters from proffesional products to use it on an 87+ head. I have a holley vacuum sec 750cfm carb, and am nervous now that I'm reading posts that these are horrible with a manual. Will it be that bad for quick shifting? I did plan on getting a mechanical sec in the future, but not anytime soon.

Also, I have a vacuum port on the holley coming out of the plate that holds the jet. Is this just a normal vacuum line, or should it be hooked to something special? And is there a better vacuum line for the advance on the distributor, or will anything work just as good?

I have a similar set-up and went with a Perf RPM Air Gap & 650cfm Quick Fuel. It runs good, much better than a 700cfm Holley that I had on it.
