I've got a part number for a q-jet that is 17064839

Any ideas?

Doesn't really matter anyway. It's a post 1974 Q-jet (because it starts with a 1).
Other then that, you really have to open it up to find out what rods/jets/secondary rods are in it.
The rest is in your customization.
