i have no idea what kind of pros and cons all of these have. i beleive that a carb will get you better hp than the others but im not sure. let me know thanks. oo and can we add q-jet in with this conversation

If your only requirement is the most power for the least money, then yes the carburetor is the best way.
If you have other requirements, then you'll have to look into each method closer.
