q-jet Idle Air Bleed and MCS dwell, fyi
Just wanted to pass on what i have learned lately about adjusting the IAB and the dwell of the MCS.
1. After adjusting the dwell, be sure you replace the air cleaner lid and check to see if the dwell drops a little. Mine dropped about 5 degrees. This would vary a little based on how dirty your air filter is.
2. My car likes the dwell to be around 35-40 degrees for best drivability. If I put it at 30 degrees it has a flat spot around 1100 rpms on slow acceleration.
This may not apply to everyones car. But I know how frustrating it can be if you can't get it just right.
