89 carb'd rs

i got a 89 rs body with a different engine its a 73-355 engine, is there a aftermarket wiring hanress i can use outta a different car that has all the wires that i need b/c my engine wiring harness has been butched im still trying to find the alternator wire, but the lighting harness all the tailight brake light works, just the tbi harness i guess you can say is gone to hell cut cut cut. anyone know of the wires that i actually need. and the ones that can go

Engine: L92/LQ4 (both w/4" stroke)
Transmission: 4L80E/4L80E
Axle/Gears: 12B-3.73/9"-3.89
You'll basically need the ones in the driver side rear corner of the engine compartment.

The ones that go to the passenger side fenderwell aren't needed and can be removed. Except the transmission torque converter clutch lock-up wire goes through that harness, so you'll need to provide for that if you have an automatic transmission.

im bout to crank it tomm, the 700r4 has no plug to go in it, and the last time it ran w/o it i dunno i think i need get that lockup kit b4 i burn the tranny up huh

It's okay to take it up the street without the lockup, but don't cruise above the MPH where the TC locks up (~40 MPH).
