Electric v. Mechanical Fuel Pump

Ok i know this is a debate but i'm tring to figure out if a mechanical fuel pump will feed my engine or if i will have to go with an electric fuel pump. I'm tring to stay away from electric as much as i can.

396 w/ 871 blower
duel 4b holley 750 (is what is planned)

Holley also says that a regulator per carb is suggested but i've never seen or used that set up before and tring to figure how that would run and just see a snake bed for fuel lines. This will be my first duel carb set up so tring to figure it out as i go.

Either type of pump of appropriate volume on a fuel system of adequate size should work.

Re: Electric v. Mechanical Fuel Pump

you would need a good mechanical pump for that big of a blower. As long as it can flow enough then mechanical should be fine
