Engine: 4bolt 350

Transmission: th350

CARB prob!

I have the Edelbrock rpm kit on my 350 with an Edelbrock Thunder Series 650cfm is the carburetor is too small?

No, carb is not too small.

What is the specific problem?

On higher rpms the engine whont go properly but on lower rpms it works fine.

Im not 100% sure what timing should be whit my setup. I have PRW alu roller rockers to.
