Holley 3 Barrel

Anyone know anything about a Holley 3 barrel 3916? Are they a good carb?

They were out there. Didn't catch on. Holley doesn't even list them on their numerical carb list.

Yeah, didn't last long.

They were pretty much yerbasic Holley 4-bbl with one giant rear barrel instead of 2 smaller ones.

There was nothing "wrong" with them, or particularly "great" either. As long as you can get a rebuild kit for it, its' OK. If you can't, don't bother. Check that FIRST before parting with your cash.
