I think my choke cap is bad. The positive and negative post on the cap have continuity. I thook it apart but I can't see how it is bad. It looks like the coil is supposed to have contact with the negative but with the positive post grounded out, connecting the choke wire is like connecting my battery straight to the block. Is the cap bad?
