Name that carb

The other day I was working on a 87 Bronco with a 351 and it had a Holley on it. It was a single inlet so I guess it was a 600 but it had 2 unusual features. 1 )idle adj screws where under the front float bowl and 2) each float bowl had a nipple on top with hoses that went to this container next to the radiator. What is it?

Re: Name that carb

That would help if I knew the carb ID but I don't.
