82 Camaro z28 bogs, jerks, and sputters on acceleration

Well i have a 1982 Z28 Camaro 305 sb 4bbl HO...About two weeks ago i started experiencing really bad surges, jerks in the car, engine bogging, and sputtering. I had no clue as to what could cause this problem...It would only happen on acceleration...the cars idle is very high.when driving i would hit the gas and the car would feel horrible from constant jerking and sputtering....WHAT COULD THIS BE??? Ive done some research and narrowed it down to the air and fuel system; Bad fuel pump or fuel pump relay, I have been running out of gas alot lately becuase the gas gauge and rpm gauge works when they want to. I also noticed in the fuse box the fuse for the fuel pump is missing as well as some other fuses... Wierd thing is, theres no way to connect a fuse in some spots becuase of missing fuse connectors
PLEASE I NEED HELP. WHAT COULD THIS BE AND WHAT CAN I DO TO FIX THIS??? Heres a video of it running http://youtu.be/CYMK1HkB72M

I believe your car maybe carbureted and that’s why you don’t see fuel pump fuses or relays. The high idle and poor running condition may be caused by vacuum leaks at the intake. I’d check for bad or disconnected hoses, carb gasket and any intake fittings.

Don't assume it's the carb. Make sure your ignition is up to snuff. How long since you replaced the cap, rotor, plugs and wires?

For some reason I can't remember, I poured gas over the Carb and 15 minutes later it ran almost perfect..no bs I guess the gas did something....I got a gallon from the gas station, put it in..at first it would not start...For some reason I popped the hood, took the air cleaner and poured a little bit of gas over the carb and 15 minutes later it drove with no surges bogs or sputters....so damn happy but worried it will pop up again
