Is my vac adv broke?

Not real sure whats going on here but heres the scoop:

I have an HEI vac advance dizzy, and everything has ran fine until this morning. Halfway to work I noticed at each stoplight at idle it was super rough. As soon as I would gas it and move it would run perfect. I have fuel, and I have re checked my wires to make sure nothing came loose. Everything seems great. Initial timing was at 10* BTDC. Like I said everything has ran perfect and never encountered this until this morning, also not too familiar with the advance of dizzys so any help to lead me in the right direction is much appreciated!
