Q-jet/Holley Question

Q-jet/Holley Question
Will the throttle and cruise studs from the Q-jet transfer to a Holley 4160? If so, is there an online company that sells them?
EDIT: Apparently, the throttle stud won't transfer. Holley makes two throttle cable studs, a 1/4" (20-38) and a 7/32" (20-37). Any opinions on the correct choice?
