305 to 350 swap CC quadrajet carb too little?
I put a pretty much stock 350 into my 84 firebird. it has headers and a weiand intake. I'm running the stock CCC out of the 305. While it seems to run fairly well. I'm afraid i'm running lean. What do i need to do to make it run better with the 350? I read about a chip but i'm not sure what they even look like or where they are. Any help would be appreciated!

the 305 Qjet on a "stock" 350 should run just fine, the Qjets are fairly large carbs and unless you're running a cam with performance heads and headers, the stock Qjet should be fine. You can always tune it. You'd need a wide-band 02 sensor though to do it properly. You will also need a dwell meter and...some small jewelers flathead screwdrivers. However, if the Qjet was running fine on the 305, it won't lose it's adjustment on the 350.
