I'm not that smart with the tech side of cars, but i love these third gens and this is my first one so i need a little help. The title of the post explains. I've done research on carburetors but i can barely understand what people are talking about. So maybe one of you can help? Like is it very hard to learn quickly how to install a new carburetor, and would my local mechanic know how to do it or would i need to find a specialist-type? Thanks in advance.

 

carburators are very easy to install/uninstall but normally dont require replacement as much as tuning or rebuilding. why dont you post up what problems you are having and is it the stock quadrajet?
