quick question

Just finished converting TBI to quadrajet using stock throttle cable brackets I think I have adjusted my TV cable correctly at WOT TV cable is pulled all the way out

Push in the "D" button, slide the cable all the way back into the cable head as far as it will go. MANUALLY open the throttle all the way. The TV cable will "zip" into proper adjustment. Sounds awful when you do it- like you just broke something- but that's how you do it.

I did that but I did not heard a clicking or zipping sound as I've read the TV cable is pulled out fully at wot

So my stock TBI TV cable was too long and I read allot of people said when it's too long tie a knot in the cable I didn't want to do that so will this work and sorry in my first post I just noticed I said I adjusted it correctly I meant was trying to get it correct but here's what I have whenever its wot TV cable is pulled out all the way
