cc quad to non
cc quad to non
I have a 305, automatic, 87 formula computer controlled quad. Going to block off the egr, put an older HEI distributor, and put on an older non cc quad on the stock intake. Should I just unplug the ecm, or leave it plugged in and take the light out of the SES? (I'm assuming the SES will stay on). I guess the cruise control will not function if the ecm is unplugged? Haven't found on here if it will work or not. I did see that the tranny lock will not work. If I leave the ecm plugged will it cause any problems? Thanks!

Eclers corvette Sells a plug and play torque converter lock up switch.it's only $89 and you don't have to drop your tranny pan.It has the factory connectors.you can dial in what speed you want the converter to lock. It's so easy even a clutz like me can put it in.No cutting of wires just plug it in.

I literally just finished doing the same swap except I kept the EGR hooked up.
This is the switch you are talking about right?

I feel like I am going to need to order one. What happens when the trans does not receive a signal to lock up the converter? Does it just not go into overdrive or what?

that kit looks the goods. Steve, how long do you think it took to put in? and the difficulty rating on a 1/10 scale (1 being easy - 10 being near impossible)
