What Is it
I think these 2 wires with electrical ends have something to do with my carburetor, maybe electric choke? I can't figure out where they plug in. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Look like they used to go to the AIR diverter valve. Some PO appears to have hacked that entire system off your car, leaving the 2 harnesses ... orphaned.
