Wiring new Holley EFI to existing '89 Dual fans

So I had asked in another thread about going with a stand alone fan control kit, or using the (new) Holley ECM. "IF"...I go with computer control, how would I wire it? On the Holley side, I have multiple programmable outputs. Simple enough. ...on the car side however.....looking at the '89 diagram, it looks like it's the gray to the AUX fan relay, and Dark Green/white to the main fan relay. Is it as simple as that? Two wires from the ECM to two wires for the fan relays?

you would use the ground wires that each fan uses to turn on from the switch or ecm and use the ground outputs from the holley efi to control them
