AFPR options in 2020

Hello all. New to posting on forum but have been using and absorbing knowledge here for a long time. Swapping out the 305TBI for a Carbed 355 in my 1989 Formula. There is lots of good info on how to swap from TBI to Carb, however, the AFPR (fuel pressure regulators) listed in the how to are the Mallory 4309 and the Barry Grant 171021. Neither of which I am finding much availability to. Mallory has a couple other offerings but reviews report the new models leaking often. Holley has an offering but many say it will not get the pressure down to where it needs to be for a carb. SO my question is, with Mallory 4309 and BG 171021 seemingly unavailable, what is everyone using nowadays successfully. Thanks
