Carter to Holley?
Carter to Holley?
Alright on the '76 firebird in the sig the Carter's getting a little worn should i rebuild it? or should i go with a holley 650? If i did do this switch how much more horsepower would the holley give me? Also i'm wondering if i should switch the Torquer II intake to a Performer RPM intake, would that be a good idea? all comments encouraged, thanks guys.

For a mild engine, the Performer would give you better overall response than the Torquer II. You need more cam to really make the Torquer work.
If you're going to change carbs, seriously consider a Demon. The only bad thing you'll ever hear about them is the price, but once you've driven it, you won't complain about that anymore.
