Should I switch back to TBI?

Should I switch back to TBI?
Just found out today that there is such a thing as a tbi adapter plate that fits the TBI unit on a four barrel manifold. I have a 91'Rs with the stock 305 block built to the 325 horse motor specs in Car Craft's 305 build it or scrap it mag. Crane 442, 465 cam at 214/224 duration, Vortech heads shaved to 57cc with .0015 inch head gaskets (bring compression to over 10:1), a edelbrock vortech intake, and a road demon 625 cfm carb, HEI setup with full headers and 3inch exhaust and a scoop where the air cleaner sticks out of the hood (similiar to fourth gen SS hood). It runs good, but i don't have a stall converter, just a race shift kit. The f@ckin' carb drives me nuts, I can't get it to blaze off the line without it being too rich. I had this same cam in this block earlier with the stock heads and could mash the pedal and lite up the posi. Should I use this TBI adapter plate and go back to the computer, i know that I can't run this 330hp number with the hypertech chip i've got, no way. Let me know waht you guys know and if anyone has done anything similiar with the vortech head thing.

Thanks, Matt
