primary and secondary jets

My primaries are .113 and secondaries are .107. Would it do any harm to swap them? (.107 primary and .113 secondary?)

I'm having a rich problem and wonder if this would be a good thing to do since the secondaries only begin to open when the throttle is 65% open.

You can do it, you shouldnt though. The secondary jets have to always be smaller than the primary jets on that carb as a general tuning rule
