Sick of TBI Switching to carb!

Ok I need to know what I need to switch to carb and what carb I should get to achieve my goal of 350+ horse out of this engine and still have a daily driver.I am really mad because I was hanging with my friends 95 TA 6 speed until about 80 when my car always runs out of fuel and bogs!and I lost!

Chevy 355 cid chevy orange and lots of chrome
Vortec heads ported polished and milled also the exhaust ports are ported.
Edelbrock #7116 performer RPM intake also ported to match heads.
Keith black 12cc 9-6-1 compression flat top pistons.
Comp cams extreme energy #262 roller cam.
Pro jection 1 inch tbi adapter.
14 x 2 open air element (couldnt close hood)
Accel 8mm superstock wires.

as for type of carb, I always recommend a Holley. Anywhere from a 650 to a 750cfm, a VS if you have an auto tranny and a DP if you have a manual.

I wanted to use edelbrock #1407 manual choke 750.Also with this set up how much of a pain in the *** and the wallet is this gonna be!

Since I have heard such good things about demons I think I will get the road demon 625.Any info on if this will work for me or not,fit my intake?

Are you using the stock TBI?!?! If you are, no wonder it runs out of *****.

Yes I know but I dont feel like getting the 670 and the chip and all that computer crap.So I decided on carb.that is if my parents will allow me to do any more stuff to my car.
