Gonna have to be a bit more specific on your combo man....auto or manual, what gears, RPM range of engine....etc.

350+.060, about 10:1, comp extreme energy grind 278 i think, vortec heads with pocket porting, edelbrock torqer intake, full length headers. slipping 700r4, and about 2.72 gears at moment will have 3.73 one day in not so distant future

my motor doesnt start pulling till allmost 3000 and it starts dying at about 5500 i figure theres is some more horsepower to be picked up on the top end
i wouldn't think that the 650dp would help sents the accelerater pumps have nothing to do with it if its already on the floor
thx.

Keep the VS carb, you'll be happier with it.

It might help you. IF it were me I'd try to find a friend with a 750 I could steal for a day and try
