WEll, I put the JB weld On the plugs as RB suggested, But I got a little over Zewalous an accidentlaly put It on One I shouldnt. Hence the TB would not Attach to the case Right. SO i took the grinder too it and removed ll the JB weld, and it still wont line up!
I got quite abitious with the grinder and Its still not working, So Im not sure what to Do!
Its the little tower circled In Red. Ive ground it down past where I put any JB weld, its actually smaller than Stock Now....

I would guess that you've got something else hanging you up, like a dangling rod or the like. From the picture, there isn't anything in that area that would hang up the throttle plate on the bowl. If the gasket fits, the two should go together.
However, from your picture, I would be a little concerned about the grinding you did on the adjacent passage. That little rib is intended to compress the gasket and produce a tight seal. The sealing surface may have been compromised. I don't recall off the top of my head what that passage goes to, but I'd guess some vacuum supply.
