My brother is looking for a cheap v6 5 speed Camaro (thirdgen of course), to use as a project type of car. As long as it runs and drives decently, he'll consider. Body/interior not a concern, as long as the subframe isn't ruined. No color preferences.

He would like an MPFI v6 (as in 85 or newer) if possible, but will consider carb. ones as well.

Would prefer to find one in the midwest. T-tops would be nice as well.

For those looking to find their car a good home, he'll take really good care of it and it will probably house a V8 soon .

 

your in luck, ive got a teal 92 Camaro RS. V6 5spd, 92000 miles, hard top, no surface rust or rust in fender wells etc.., stored winters, paint still shines like it did the day it rolled out of the showroom, there is one scratch approx 1.5 inches long behind RR tire and clear coat is peeling in a small spot on front clip but comes w/ bra for the front, very well taken care of, oil changes every 3000 miles, ive owned it for 2 years and the previous owner was a middle aged woman who used it for a daily driver, so you know it was never beaten, interior in near perfect condition, only reason i am selling is b/c i need money for school, completely stock car, engine and drivetrain run perfectly smooth, fuel pump replaced around 91k, asking 4000 but open to offers

 

Your car sounds like it's very nice, but it's not really what he's looking for. He wants something less than a $1000, which is going to be pretty beat up in most cases . Thanks for the reply though!
