I paypal'd him $150 back in mid/late July for a set of runners. After a bout 2 weeks I asked him if he had set them out yet. He told me he sold them to another person and would return my money. He sent me back $130 via paypal and said he would send the rest in the mail. I sent him my address and waited and waited and waited, emailing him about every week. No response,.....nothing. ....

His last post was recently,....so I know he has had access to the internet.

Personally, if he was going to rip me off, why didn't he just keep the entire $150???

I think he still has he runners installed on his car.
