PLEASE do not purchase from IrocZ51086

Listen guys aviod this guy like the plague, he sells stuff he dosnt have in his possestion and expects you to wait around untill he "feels" like going to get it from some shop or salvage yard, he also sells parts that are in poor condition, but he may tell you it came from a 60K car or they are in his words "mint" There have been a few others that have been screwed by this guy, here are some of his correspondance with other buyers......

camarogirl18 had this to say:

i seen that you had ordered some parts off of IrocZ51086...have you have any problems with doing business with him??? i ordered seatbelts from him & ive yet to recieve them.he keeps telling me how busy he is & doesnt have a ride to get to the car to get the parts off. just wondering if you had any better luck with him? thanks ~Kitten
well i IMed him on AOL & all he does is yell at me & alls i wanna know is if he mailed out the parts yet.he has NO customer service personality at all! I also ordered some black door panels off him & his friend Zach like a month ago.well they came but holy hell i thought they wouldve been in a better shape then what they were cuz the holes at the very top of the panels that go under that plastic piece were RIPPED & i aint talking one or two of them but ALL OF THEM but they still worked so i guess thats all that matters.i hope to hell the seatbelts are in excellant shape cuz it not they will hear about that too cuz Brian told me they were in excellant shape.
check this PM out that i just got from Brian....thought you might like to see this! IrocZ51086 wrote on 05-06-2005 09:14 PM:
you know something im getting ****in tired of you saying ****. They dont have coverage for customers to be working in there ****ing shop! so **** off. i'll send them once theyll let me work on the car *** damn you. you ****in **** me off. i tried being nice about it but damn excuses? its not my ****in choice whether or not the shop lets me in! your not the only one. *** damn
have you heard anything about your parts yet?? i have their AIM names if you want them..let me know.....~Kitten PS-Zach told me that "if people want the parts bad enough they can wait!" he told me that on AIM

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HIM HE WILL SCREW YOU !

yep thats the responses i get from Brian & Zach. its just d@mn sad that you cant even trust your fellow third genners!!

BTW,i paid $100 for the door panels that were "surpose" to be in excellant shape except for some water marks on the back of the panels.i had told them that would be ok cuz im sure all the door panels have water marks on them.if i knew the holes were ripped i wouldnt have paid $1 for them. they sure as hell werent worth $100!!!!!!!!!!!!!

right now im still waiting to get my seatbelts & window crank which are "surpose" to be in "excellant" shape.

its people like this that ruin everything for you good sellers!!

BTW,Zachs name on here is Blue_IROC_86.......so dont buy from either of theses guys!

i just wish i wouldve known about them before they got a cent of my money!

91Z28-i forgot to tell ya this...but now you & others will hear this too.......

along with the seatbelts & window crank i needed black armrests.well Zach told me i could get them too.well just when im ready to get the money order for all that stuff, they tell me that Zach wants to keep the armrests for his car after they told me i could get the armrests! its like why would you tell someone they can get a part & then decide to keep them?!?!?

but i got a much better deal from another seller on these boards.

Whatever man, I have to agree with the people above. If you have their money you should go OUT OF YOUR WAY to send the parts to them. They've paid, they deserve them. If the stuff you sent out was crappy, give them a refund. You KNEW you had a suspended license, you KNEW the cars were in the shop, you KNEW what hours you worked........ no one wants to hear your sob stories. Go get the parts and ship them out.

Thanks guys... gonna avoid this guy!!

Whoa first of all......ive only sold parts once to you Cristy! you cant even drag me down with this ......You got my door panels. you were happy with them... so lay off me!
AND hey cristy remember those door panels being only like 60 plus shipping. which came to 100 not 150. if your gonna complain at least tell the truth

btw what grade math you graduate with? 60+40=100....not 150.. i have the bank history to prove it

i would understand if you already gave me the money order and i saids no,...but you never sent me a dime! PLUS i said you MIGHT be able to get the armrests. cant lay this on me,...go find someone who actually tries to #$@! you over. and flame them,....im sick of your attitude.

PS you still persist to put me down after ive been lookin for a set of those armrests for you! i spend my time doin this stuff only to get nailed from behind. Great friend Cristy i hope you dont do this to the next person you buy from

oh my door panels are bad huh? funny how you failed to mention that to me when i asked if they were good enough. And if you give out my AIM sn iwill make sure you never post on these boards again.....do you realize that invasion of privacy? its all good tho cuz im not selling to YOU anymore. i have plenty of local ppl around here willing to buy my parts. i dont need YOU to try and take me down just cuz your impatient. and me and brian never sell parts together. i took those out of MY car that im restoring so you could have them. Thanks for your Time Cristy. Hope you enjoy your door panels.

but Zach you had NEVER told me that the holes were ripped at the top of the door panels.ive bought things from these others guys on here & none of them had anything bad to say about me.i dont rip people off.never have & never will.i try to give people the benefit of the doubt on these parts but when you pay $100 for something & theres more things wrong with it then enough, then theres something wrong with this picture!you guys just seem to wanna fill your wallets then make your customers happy or satisfied.

you really dont know us just like harassing and saying stuff when you really bought the danels for $60.00 plus like $40 for shipping. 91Z28 wanted "kick panels" i sold them to him but he forgot to tell me he wanted "carpeted" kick panels. THAT isnt my fault he screwed up.

You two idiots work at a shop... hahahaha why the hell does it take you guys two weeks to pull off a set of kick panels there's only two screws per side.....you arent the brightest burger flipers are ya...... There is plenty of job security for you guys trust me.... I mean the way you flip those burgers....pure genious !

I dont really care about the panels it's only 30 bucks, but the fact that you two think your great sellers and buisnessmen is priceless.... Anyway again thanks for all your hard work with my purchase im glad you think so highly of yourselves, good luck in the future with that shop of yours......hahahahahah

if i were you two people i wouldnt be mouthing off so. doesnt look professional. going on and on about people. making up prices and saying "when i feel like" getting parts. i dont do it because i dont "fee like" it i cant get there. does your puny lil minds realize that 25 mins away driving is a hell of a lot of time when u dont have a license! or are you really that retarded. if this continues to go on CAMAROGIRL18 can wait even longer. The car is in the shop when it comes out I WILL get it for her. I HAVE NO CONTROL WHAT THE SHOP DOES. WOULD YOU WANT SOMEONE YOU DONT KNOW IN YOUR SHOP WITH NO INSURANCE??? DIDNT THINK SO

i mean 91Z28 cant even spell right. does he even know right from wrong. CAMAROGIRL18 cant even do math $60.00 for door panels and $40 for shipping = $150.00????? sounds to me like that is $100.00.. I'm proud to own V-8's not small V-6's

i have never bought anything without seeing it first....buyer beware and all.....but if your selling a clean car or a clean part, it should be as described......if you say you have a clean 91 Z28 for sale and i get there and it`s a rust bucket, i`m gonna be pissed.....remember...buyer beware...it`s a used peice of equipment so there won`t be any warranty...

Okay all the insult and bull**** aside you did sell me as you put it "mint" kick panels for 30 bucks with scratches and paint marks and spiderwebs all over them did you not ? And you did take over 12 days to get the product to me did you not ?

The fact that you dont have a licence is not the purchasers problem, those are YOUR PROBLEMS, the fact that you cant get into the shop is YOUR PROBLEM, when somone pays you for somthing shouldnt you have the product IN HAND, READY TO SHIP should you not ?

Is it your job to notify the buyer that you DONT HAVE THE PARTS and there WILL BE A DELAY before shipping should you not ?

Shame on me for not asking for pictures, but shame on you for trying to take advantage of your byuers, im just glad i didnt spend more money on you.......

One of these days your going to have to stop blaming everybody and take a little RESPONSIBILITY for your actions, and telling somone that "you might just make it take longer" after they have already paid you is not good conduct, start acting like an adult, and less like a child, i just hope "camaro girl" gets her stuff in the condition you described and in a timley manner.......

Ill be the adult here and appalogize for my previous statements, now why dont you do the adult thing and refund my money, or a portion of it....

Hey guys, I just give my opinions. You are complaining because you don't have a license. Well really now, don't you think you should have said that before they sent you the money? I'm sorry, but I know when I pay for something, I expect that item to ship out 2-3 days after payment is received. I work hard for my money, and if I'm going to have to wait for my product, I think it's only fair that the seller says that UP FRONT (as in when the orginal ad is posted). Maybe you did have some sucessful transactions in the past - but hey, you know what they say... Bad news travels a lot further than good. And besides that, you're not trying to fix the problem. You just keep producing excuses. Why would I want to buy from someone that doesn't follow all the way through with the sale? The sale doesn't end when you ship the product out (or in this case, when you have cash in hand). It ends when the customer leaves you positive feedback. And I would think, as a seller here, you would want to get positive feedback, and would do everything reasonable you could to obtain it. Maybe I haven't been through the entire deal here, but both of these people sound like they have legit complaints, and you're doing nothing to fix it. That's my problem. And yes, yes I do compliment on some feedback sometimes - I thank the people who warn us other TGO'ers of potiental bad sellers. I don't want to do business with them, and of course, I don't want to waste my time.
There's plenty of ways to get down there, if you REALLY cared about the people you sold to. I've lost my license before - you can call a cab, take a bus, call a friend or family member... I could keep going, but I'm not going to. I think from just reading this thread, that your reply will be along the lines of... "I don't want to spend money on a cab or the bus" and "I can't get a ride". But in all honesty, shouldn't you have thought that through a little bit better before you had people sending you money?

Sit back and think for a minute... what if this was you. What if this was YOUR money YOU sent in and YOU were waiting for your parts. How would YOU feel? ANYONE would be getting fed up by now, even you.

i have thought about what you have said. let me explain something since you seem to know a lot. I live in a small town, with nothing around me. i have a small pub and a gas station in my town thats it. besides the local police, fire and town hall. the closest best buy or store for grocery shopping is about 25-30 mins each way. taxi... well this area doesnt offer it. train the closest is 45 mins away and well i did explain that i had a suspended license CAMAROGIRL18 talked to us she knew! im just saying that im not making excuses.. 91Z28 he got the part! but he FAILED to ignitiate the fact that he wanted carpeting. as a buyer i would think you would wanna know what your buying and to be sure thats what you want instead of assuming. I agree with you pal but that transaction was not my fault. the shop where the car is 25 mins away (driving time) unforinitley i dont have the luxury of having a license till next month (its been suspensed since December 2004) i told them well in advance.

im done with all of you. i hear you all out. christi & Jeremy i dont want to have to here from them again. this isnt just me at all, christi is making up prices making us look bad. jeremy i have nothing against him except the fact that he is trying to make me look bad because of his "mistake" of lack of communication for the kicker panels. i gave him a deal on them even though in return they werent the correct panels he was looking for. i have changed my screen name on this site and will be more careful who i sell to. i apoligize for all inconvenience but these two are not going to ruin my reputation as well as Zach. I think that posting our s/n's from AIM is totally wrong and gets involved with harassment and privacy acts. im done with this convo but i urge buyers and sellers to be more careful. i will work on it. in the end we all own camaros and 2 bad deals isnt going to change me but decide who should i sell to.
~brian~

im done with this convo.

I am gonna stick my nose in here. I do agree that he should prob have the part off the car before it goes up forsale, but........

What I want to say is that I do beleive he is a turstworthly seller. I made a mistake and got him confused with another member, and ended up sending him around $200 by mistake for some sway bars. After a few days, I figured out my mistake, informed him about it, and he made it right. He quickly sent me back my money minus the paypal fee, no questions asked. He was always easy to contact, and let me know what was going on.

So ya he may be putting you guys on hold, but I can bet he will come through, just give him a bit.........

i told them well in advance.
Even in the end you still cant be honest.......
Changing your screen name here just seems like running away from the problem, instead try dealing with the people youve sold to and try to make them happy, ill keep the kicks, but as a courtesy for your lack of communication about the condition of the parts and prolonged shipping time, i would expect a small refund.... Put it this way for a 10 dollar refund i would leave POSITIVE feedback and you wouldnt have to change your name or go through all this unessesary crap.... just a thought

Actually if you were to read the message again it never mentions your name, not once, in fact those comments were aimed at the seller of the item, and sent to HIS PM BOX, statements in which i have since retracted and appalogized in order to try and solve this situation in a civil manner. Dont assume just because i called him a "burger flipper" that it means im talking about you, you know what they say about assumption....... Anyway to get back on target, brian do you feel that a small refund is in order, or do you simply not care ?

OK well I'm going to stick my nose in here also. I also have a business and can understand about delays on shipping. Now I'm not saying that the sellers is innocent, but somethimes stuff happens. What bothers me is that everyone wants something for nothing, and instead of customers being cooperavtive and polite, they come off like a$$wipes, that in no way is going to help thier situation. To many people think "the customer is always right" means they can be a$$wipes about it. I don't mind fixing my mistakes, I hate being pissed on while I'm trying to do it.

AND IN NO WAY DID I STATE THAT ANYONE THAT WAS A SELLER OR A BUYER WAS AN A$$WIPE........

I was just speaking about people in general.......

Exactly what I was thinking grover. After my experience with a seller on this page (stalin05), I would tend to believe the buyers on this one.

I would normally absolutely agree with you, but like it was said before. If you are selling something, you had better have access to it NOW. You can't take someone's money and tell them their item will be shipped in a couple of weeks or what not. What a buyer/consumer/customer is entitled to is a timely shipment of their item. If the seller wasn't going to be able to ship the item quickly, then they shouldn't take the money.

I agree, I sti[pulate in all of my sales that I ship in 2-4 days. My problem is either 1. the idiot at the UPS store is dislexic or just cant type and gets the addresses wrong. or 2 cant comprehend that weekedns and holidays don't count in the 2-4 days.

That is what I was referring to screw-ups that are outside my realm of control.

Admittedly of course I'm not perfect and have dropped the ball a few times but I do my best to reconcile the issue.

well now..... ive got some info for all of you. I have read most of the new posts... I sold a pair of kicker panels.... when the guy recieved them he was all upset that they werent carpeted and i had clearly stated on my post and the ones on my other pages that they were "kicker panels" if they were carpeted i would have stated. I try to ship as fast as i can but big items like, fenders, hoods, ground effects, rear hatch, doors. I dont have a truck available. I wish i did! I also dont have my own digital camera so yeah it does take a day or two to get a hold of one. I have tried to do to the best i can with what ive got. I know some of my buyers werent happy but i do need to make some profit off of my parts. I cant get sell them for nothing. I tried to make my prices good and a little bit less then everyone else. Im sorry for people arent happy with me and ill try to improve myself. Thats all i have to say and i respect everyone who sees my point as well as everyone elses. Thank you

One thing as well... a guy bought a dashboard from me and tried screweing me over me saying it was never shipped. Fedex and the postal center i went to can confirm it was shipped. I mean i have sold to a lot of guys who were cool about it for the most part. Ive sold to 23 members so far on this site and 2 or 3 arent happy. one of them wanted money back which is what he paid for on the dash. These parts are Used or in a "good condition" that is sellable. I wouldnt sell something that is ****. I needed money to get my car that was in accident.

but if people 3 out of 23 people arent happy ill try to fix it yea but im not going to refund them and get gipped out of parts and lose money as well. I will try from now on know who im dealing with and try to do my best.
